Acceptance
What we can accept
- Fully operational equipment with necessary accessories
- Items with cosmetic damage only are acceptable
- Disposable products must have at least 12 months before expiry
- Goal is to include a minimum of 6 months of accessories for each shipped unit
- Durable goods like wheelchairs and crutches should be new or gently used and complete
Restrictions
What we cannot accept
- Pharmaceuticals of any kind, including heparin
- Intravenous fluids
- Disposable items that have had direct patient contact
